Hysan Lau - Kaleo Co-Founder

Hysan was born and raised in Hong Kong. He attended IHOPU, where he graduated with his four-year certificate in Prophetic Worship in 2015. During his time in Kansas City, he served as a worship leader with the Chinese Ministry Department at the International House Of Prayer of Kansas City (IHOPKC). Besides worship leading, Hysan is a multi-instrumentalist and has experience producing. He also has taught in various international contexts and wants to see night and day prayer and worship arise from Hong Kong. He is currently serving as part time staff at International City Churches and is the co-director of Kaleo School of Prayer and Worship. Seeing singers and musicians being raised up is one of Hysan's greatest passion. He also loves sports, traveling and movies.

Philip Lee - Kaleo Co-Founder

Philip served as an intercessory missionary in Hong Kong for years and now resides permanently resides in the city. Though he is of Chinese heritage, Philip was born and raised in the U.K., yet has lived half his life in the U.S. Through these diverse life experiences, the Lord has developed in Philip a heart for the nations. In recent years, the Lord has rekindled his love for his heritage and has put a zeal in his heart to minister in Asia. He has a desire to see night and day worship and prayer established in every nation as well as unity in the body of Christ! Philip enjoys music, photography, and community. He graduated from IHOPU in 2015 where he majored in House of Prayer Leadership and Guitar. He has teaching and worship team training experience all over the U.S., Europe, and Asia. 

Aisha Tang - Kaleo Leadership
Aisha was born and raised in Hong Kong. In 2014, she traveled to International House of Prayer to attend an eight-month internship (Intro To IHOPKC) in order to be equipped as an intercessory missionary. During her studies, she also served as a singer with the Chinese Ministry Department at IHOPKC. Aisha is called to partner in fulfilling the Great Commission by advancing 24/7 prayer and worship in every nations and by proclaiming the beauty of Jesus and His glorious return. In addition to her background in social work, she also has a strong heart for mercy and justice work. Now Aisha works full-time with Kaleo.  Aisha enjoys music, art, reading and watching movies.
