Hysan Lau - Kaleo Co-Founder

Hysan was born and raised in Hong Kong. He attended IHOPU, where he graduated with his four-year certificate in Prophetic Worship in 2015. During his time in Kansas City, he served as a worship leader with the Chinese Ministry Department at the International House of Prayer of Kansas City (IHOPKC). Besides worship leading, Hysan is a multi-instrumentalist and has experience producing. He also has taught in various international contexts and wants to see prayer and worship arise from Hong Kong. 

He is married and has a daughter. He is also currently the co-director of Kaleo - prayer and worship training center. Helping worshippers grow in their identity as sons and daughters, and assisting them in walking out their calling, is one of Hysan's greatest passions, in Hong Kong and in the nations. He also loves sports, traveling, and movies.

Philip Lee - Kaleo Co-Founder

Philip served as an intercessory missionary in various nations for a decade and now permanently resides in Hong Kong with his wife and children. He graduated from IHOPU in 2015, majoring in House of Prayer Leadership and Guitar. 

Philip desires to see believers worship the Lord in spirit and truth, rather than merely acquiring external skills to play music well. He believes this is attainable for all saints, not just a “chosen few” who do worship as a full-time occupation. Regardless of what societal sector a believer is called to, Philip longs for each living stone to have a daily connection with the Heavenly Father, becoming a conduit of His presence and allowing the Kingdom to manifest on earth, leading to societal transformation. 

Philip has experience in teaching and worship team training across North America, Europe, and Asia, but ultimately loves being in the Prayer Room. In his free time, Philip enjoys playing the guitar, watching movies, and spending time with his family.

Aisha Tang - Kaleo Leadership
Aisha grew up in Hong Kong, She is married and has a son. She has served in a wide variety of worship ministries in Hong Kong for over 16 years. She feels most connected with God during worship and prayer. 

As a worship leader and singer, singing the truth and the beauty of Christ is her greatest passion. She also loves creating space for people to hear the voice of God and encounter the heart of Father in personal ways. She devotes her life to pursuing wholeness and building family.

Aisha loves creative arts as a channel of expression to see the way that the Father sees, feel the way that the Father feels.
